1.4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data provided voluntarily in the Service.

1.5.4. Handling reservations,

2. Selected Methods of Data Protection Used by the Operator
2.1. Login and data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login information entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
2.2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator with the key can read it. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.
2.3. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way, meaning it cannot be reversed, which is the modern standard for storing user passwords.
2.4. To protect the data, the Operator regularly performs backups.
2.5. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which includes regular updates of programming components.
3. Hosting
3.1. The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on Railway servers.
3.2. The hosting company ensures technical reliability by maintaining server-level logs, which may include:
3.2.1. Resources identified by a URL (addresses of requested resources - pages, files),
3.2.2. Time of request arrival,
3.2.3. Time of response delivery,
3.2.4. Client station name - identification performed via the HTTP protocol,
3.2.5. Information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
3.2.6. URL address of the previously visited page (referrer link) - in case the transition to the Service was via a link,
3.2.7. Information about the user's browser,
3.2.8. Information about the IP address,
3.2.9. Diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services through forms on the site,
3.2.10. Information related to email communication directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.
4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Your Data Is Used
4.1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to share your personal data with other recipients if it is necessary to fulfill a contract with you or to comply with obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
4.1.1. payment operators
4.2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than necessary to carry out activities related to them as specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
4.3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:

4.3.3. deletion of your data,
4.3.4. restriction of data processing,
4.3.5. and data portability.
4.4. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data as described in point 3.2, particularly regarding data processing for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator’s legitimate interests, including profiling. However, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, especially for establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims.
4.5. You have the right to lodge a complaint about the Administrator's actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
4.6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Service.
4.7. You may be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and for the Administrator’s direct marketing purposes.
4.8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries as defined by data protection regulations. This means we do not send it outside the European Union.
5. Voluntary Nature of Provided Data and Editing
5.1. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the agreement, use the Litcoach service, and fulfill the other purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
5.2. You can check or edit your personal data that you have provided to us at any time by logging into your Litcoach account, navigating to the 'Profile' tab, and selecting the 'My Data' section.
6. Information in Forms
6.1. The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if it is provided.
6.2. The Service may record information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
6.3. In some cases, the Service may store information that facilitates linking the data in a form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user's email address may appear within the URL of the page containing the form.
6.4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., to handle a service request, facilitate business contact, register for services, etc. The context and description of the form always clearly indicate its purpose.
7. Administrator Logs
7.1. Information about user behavior on the service may be logged. This data is used to administer the service, customize content, layout, size, and other system parameters to specific devices and user preferences, as well as to collect general demographic statistical information, such as the region from which the connection originates.
8. Important Marketing Techniques
8.1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to this service provider, only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies stored on the user's end device. 8.2. The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) to know that a registered user is using the Service. In this case, it relies on data for which Facebook itself is the administrator, and the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service relies on the use of cookies stored on the user's end device.

10.1. If the user does not want to receive cookies, they can change their browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies essential for authentication, security, and maintaining user preferences may hinder or, in extreme cases, prevent the use of the website.

11. Final Provisions
11.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any such changes in advance via the notification system.
11.2. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of applicable general law will apply. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of this Privacy Policy and those laws, the latter will take precedence.
11.3. The Administrator ensures that efforts will be made to promptly fulfill requests for changes, additions, or deletions of User data.
11.4. Any questions or requests regarding the Privacy Policy, access to User data, including its deletion and modification, can be submitted to the Administrator by contacting the addresses provided on the website and mobile application.
